ARTIUM Hiring for Learning and Development Manager at Mumbai Full Time

We are hiring Asst. Manager/Manager – Learning & Development (Teachers) to lead the learning and development function with the aim of identifying skill gaps among our Teachers and creating plans to bridge these gaps so that organization objectives are met.

Responsibilities for Asst. Manager/Manager – Learning & Development

● Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with training/teaching standards set

● Establishing strong partnerships with the Academics Team to gain a strong understanding of current challenges and opportunities, as related to learning and development

● Conducting needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all Teachers have the required competencies to excel in their roles

● Incorporating, reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems

● Organise & deliver induction and recurrent trainings for Teachers in collaboration with various stakeholders

● Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required

● Conducting train the trainer workshops to ensure training scalability and effectiveness

● Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where applicable

● Managing the Learning & Development budget

● Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement

Qualifications for Asst.Manager/Manager – Learning & Development

● You have prior experience in Learning & Development. Experience in

delivering trainings is a strong plus

● Good knowledge of latest Learning & Developments trends & software

● Excellent communication & presentation skills

● BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field

● Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
