Mainframe Development and Support- Rotational Shifts

Position Type: Full-time

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Install, maintain, and support application/source code and its components, including third-party software.
  • Detect, diagnose, and report problems.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, or known errors related to application failures.
  • Provide technical assistance to programming staff in software analysis, performance, and resource consumption.
  • Create and maintain complete documentation for application software support.
  • Provide 24-hour support for applications.

What You Bring:

  • 3 to 12 years of experience in Mainframe Development and Enhancement.
  • Strong technical knowledge in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, JCL.
  • Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge in Cards & Payments domain.
  • Willingness to work in a support role.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7).

Added Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience in Payments and/or Banking domain.
  • Automation experience.
  • Knowledge of Base2000, TBS & P1C products in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience with the incident management tool ServiceNow.
