• Focus on creating an ecosystem of student entrepreneurs
• Develop and execute strategy for outreach, attracting, and onboarding deserving and qualified technology start-ups.
• Identify and tie up with industry leaders for student mentorship programs.
• End-to-end management of events/workshops/meet-ups planned at all or in the region.
• Extend necessary help in running the Programs and events at the eCell and also support partner meetings.
• Work with the eCell Steering Committee for the full success of the programs.
• Work with relevant Government departments to manage the smooth operations of the incubation facility. Engaging with various departments of state governments and helping them with their implementation of state startup/procurement policies.
• Should be the face of the Entrepreneurship program at Inspiria.
• Ability to prepare proposals for various government initiatives for startups.
• Build and manage an investor community in the region to help create a reliable platform for startups.
