Strong end to end transportation logistics process understanding including last mile delivery and milk run.

o BA experience as a strong 10 years in which must have been involved in an end-to-end product build up for an ERP for a logistics / transportation company in India including specially first mile and last mile product.

o Strong BRD preparation capability

o understanding of issues that arise in a product development cycle between stakeholders and proven experience in resolving those issues.

o strong experience in agile with ability to explain how it is pursued and ability to share examples of business cases and challenges that you avoided in your experience with your approach.

o ability to explain the approach to building an ERP with emphasized on milestones, various drills and methodologies that help to stay on track and deliver exceptional results.

Actual experience managing logistics execution end to end for transportation company in India including first mile, mid mile, and last mile operations
