Associate Recruiter – University Relations
Build and maintain rapport with Colleges, Placement Committees, Candidates and HR stakeholders to ensure best candidates for full time and internship opportunities in India while also leveraging market knowledge to offer superior advice on hiring approach and best execution
Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and databases., weekly & monthly MIS reports using Power Point & Excel
Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
Screening resumes, and coordinating for recruiting processes right from sourcing, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
Coordinating for internship programs and evaluating the performance of new employees.
Hosting and attending college career days and conferences.
Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
Involvement in projects within Talent Acquisition and across HR.
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition having handled campus relations for the majority of that experience.
Excellent understanding of hiring Technology from colleges Pan India
Exposure to various campus recruiting practices and techniques is a strong preference
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Self-motivated, have a phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth
