• Conduct and organize classroom learning sessions based on the curriculum
• Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse student needs, learning styles, and paces
• Treat students with dignity and respect while being approachable to both students and parents
• Encourage maximum student participation and monitor their progress regularly, adjusting the pace of work accordingly
• Ensure students’ attention during lesson delivery and employ various teaching methodologies like hands-on activities and a play-based approach
• Take responsibility for the safety, emotional, and physical well-being of each child
• Oversee day-to-day classroom activities and implement diverse classroom management strategies

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in ECCE/Montessori/NTT/ECCED with qualifications in Early Childhood Education
• Demonstrate a positive demeanor, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, patience, willingness to learn, and self-motivation
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience
• Display passion for facilitating children’s learning and growth
• Possess proficiency in the English language
