Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Strong understanding of all features and functionalities of any social media platform include but are not limited to LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

• Develop and execute a content creation strategy aligned with the brands objectives and target audience preferences.

• Conceptualize, plan, and produce engaging content for Reels, social media posts (across platforms specially LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) using Canva as a primary design tool.

• Create Content Calendar with Organic Strategy for each project.

• Publish social posts on all predefined platform as per calendar using our social media management software Zoho social.

Content Creation using Canva:

• Create visually compelling graphics, images, and multimedia content using Canva to enhance social media presence and engagement.

• Design eye-catching visuals for posts, ads, stories, and other social media formats to convey brand messages effectively.

Client Communication:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and regular communication to understand their marketing objectives, requirements, and feedback.

• Present digital marketing strategies, campaign reports, and performance analytics to clients in a comprehensible manner.

• Address client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and other online campaign.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess effectiveness and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management and content creation.

• Proficiency in using Canva or similar design tools for creating engaging visual content.

• Strong English and Hindi communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively and internal teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
