Looking for an Inside Sales SpecialistThe ideal candidate should have the startup mindset and good experience in Inside Sales(preferably in the Edtech industry).Designation -Bde/Sr.BdeRole type – Individual contributor
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline ,conversions, sales quality and retention
- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Cold calling 100+ calls per day
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year exp in sales industry (Edtech)
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstratesales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills (English and Tamil mandatory)
- CRM experience is preferred
- Ready to work under pressure
Working days:5 days/week
Rotational week off
Work Location:Little mount, ChennaiCurrently we are in WFH module , will be called to office anytime
