Key Responsibilities:

Process

• Prepare & Review US tax returns – Individual, Trust & Business tax returns
• Ability to handle High Net worth Clients and complex Business tax returns
• Manage a small team of preparers and reviewers and support the team with all tax technical queries
• Research any tax issues and share the knowledge with the team
• Develop the team member’s technical skills by providing them the required training.
• Work with operation leads for daily allocation of the work
• Assist the Operation Lead with all client related mail communications and instructions
• Assist and work in other tax and financial projects
• Ready to learn new tax applications/software’s
• Follow the Client procedures diligently
• Complete tasks on time and adhere to the expected quality standards
• Co-ordinate with subordinates, managers to complete the allocated task on daily basis

Reporting

• Keep the Operation Lead informed of status of work in progress at the end of the day
• Ensure adherence to Team Manager’s expectations at work.
• Complete Tasks on time and adhere to the expected quality standards

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• B.Com qualification with an aggregate marks of 60%and above
• M.Com/M.B.A [Finance]/CA Inter will be an added advantage
• 8+ Years’ experience in US Tax return preparation is preferable
• Fluency in English, Good communication skills
• Working knowledge in MS-Excel
