Job Summary:
The incumbent responsibility will include but not limited to leading campus hiring and engagement initiatives to attract talent from educational institutions along with strengthening our efforts to enhance the employer brand. This role encompasses the end-to-end management of campus recruitment and engagement programs, ensuring a consistent influx of diverse and skilled talent for the organization along with ideation and implementation of initiatives to strengthen our employer branding efforts in educational institutions to help the organization become the best employer of choice for the students.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with campus SPOCs and business leaders to gain a deep understanding of the evolving organizational requirements to be recruited as campus hires or engaged as interns from the educational institutions.
- Developing and executing comprehensive campus engagement initiatives for various educational institutions, ranging from hosting leadership talks and alumni connections to organizing industry-specific workshops to establish a strong presence on campuses.
- Building and maintaining robust partnerships with campus SPOCs and key stakeholders from educational institutions, actively participating in advisory boards, and fostering collaborations that drive talent development and industry-academia synergy.
- Assessing and evaluating new educational institutions on an ongoing basis to look at the opportunities for building future skills and proactively engaging them for long-term partnership.
- Collaborating closely with the Compensation CoHRE team to ensure candidates are placed appropriately within the organization, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize compensation and benefits for the students.
- Managing the end-to-end campus hiring process with precision, including conducting technical and behavioral assessments, facilitating group discussions, interviews with hiring teams, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Planning and executing the post-selection process with attention to detail, including offers, preboarding and comprehensive onboarding program tailored to campus hires to acquaint them with our culture and values
- Managing the internship hiring process, encompassing skills-based assessments, group discussions, and selection, and meticulously overseeing the post-selection journey, including offers and providing a structured, developmental internship experience.
- Facilitating the assessment process for interns in collaboration with campus representatives, tracking their progress, and contributing to the decision-making process for extending Pre-Placement offers / offers
- Working in tandem with the talent acquisition team to enhance our employer branding efforts across social media platforms, industry-specific forums, and other digital channels, ensuring a strong and compelling brand presence that resonates with top talent.
- Innovating and evolving campus engagement strategies to stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our campus hiring processes, and developing metrics-driven reports to measure the success of campus engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of Campus Hiring, Campus Engagement and Employer Branding experience in manufacturing and/or consumer products industry
