*Responsibilities:*
– Design and deliver interactive, curriculum-aligned EVS lessons for primary grade students (Classes I–VII).
– Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate hands-on activities, storytelling, field trips, and multimedia tools to enhance understanding.
– Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and support.
– Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, collaboration, and environmental stewardship.
– Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan interdisciplinary projects and school-wide events.
– Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
– Engage parents through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and progress updates.
– Participate in professional development workshops and school improvement initiatives.
– Ensure safety and compliance with school policies and child protection guidelines.
*Requirements:*
– Graduate degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.Sc, B.A, or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
– Valid B.Ed. (Primary) qualification from a recognized university.
– 1–3 years of teaching experience in primary education, preferably in EVS or integrated science subjects.
– Proven ability to create engaging, student-centered lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
– Passion for child development and environmental education.
– Proficiency in using basic digital tools and educational technology for teaching and documentation.
– Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and community outreach programs.
