Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior IB EYP Homeroom Teacher to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. As an IB EYP Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for young learners. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- IB PYP or EYP certification preferred.
- Proven experience working with young learners in an IB or international school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the IB curriculum and its implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and differentiate instruction to meet individual needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment for young learners in the IB EYP program.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the IB curriculum.
- Facilitate the holistic development of students through activities that promote intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide timely feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create an integrated and cohesive learning experience for students.
- Establish effective communication with parents and actively involve them in their child’s education.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices.
