As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational products and services to potential and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Contact potential or existing customers via phone calls to inform them about our educational products and services, utilizing predefined scripts.Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information and answer questions about our products and the company.Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions, with a focus on closing sales.Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the database.Demo Booking: Schedule and book product demos for students interested in our educational offerings.Communication: Facilitate communication between teachers, students, and parents to address queries and concerns effectively.Video Meetings: Conduct video meetings with parents when necessary to discuss our educational services and benefits.Conversion: Focus on converting successful product demos into regular sessions or subscriptions.App Overview: After subscription, provide students/parents with an overview of the ME AND MATH premium App, both the web app and mobile app, highlighting its features and benefits.Requirements:Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role is advantageous.Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.Strong understanding of product knowledge and the edtech industry.Good data management skills to maintain customer records and interactions.Proactive and results-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to adapt and respond to customer needs effectively.Proficiency in using video meeting tools.Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for sales.Incentive Plan:Apart from the basic salary and internet expenses, this role offers a lucrative incentive plan based on successful sales conversions.
