Art Director/Sr. Visualizer

We are looking for people who are exceptionally imaginative, collaborative, and truly passionate about creating the best consumer experiences. Someone who is easy going a realist that is driven by idealistic thoughts, we like to keep our feet on the ground and our heads looking up at the blue sky unless there are clouds.

• You must have a serious passion for designing communication concepts and unique intuitive experiences across channels. 
• Strive for ideas that go beyond the expected and tap into cultural and behavioral insights to move consumers emotionally
• Know how to excite consumers with delightful details. 

What will you do?

• Drive design strategy. 
• Work closely with the Creative Team to generate ideas and concepts.
• Lead the visual oversight of creative product from inception through completion. 
• Responsible for planning and executing projects independently and in conjunction with the various team across all mediums. I.e Traditional as well as digital

Desired Skills & Experience

• Years of experience does not matter either does education or your professional associations. 
• A serious understanding of visual branding concepts. 
• Experience designing for intuitive and delightful user experiences i.e websites and apps would be an added bonus
• Deep experience with Adobe CC, especially Photoshop and Illustrator and Sketch. 
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in brand campaigns and communication. 
• Excellent work ethic and ability to meet deadlines. 
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
