Brief Job Description:

• Ability to generate lead and convert lead in to walk in
• Ability to convert walk in into Enrollment
• Ability to counsel student Offline and Online and driving them to increase enrollments, profitability, etc.
• Prospecting, Profiling, Appointments, Meetings, Needs Analysis, Pitching, Closing, Processing and Documentation, obtaining referrals and lead generation.
• Ability to manage the enrolled students Documentation and Compliance.

• Excellent communicative abilities in English ,Hindi and Odiya

Qualification & Work Experience:

• Qualification – Graduate/ MBA
• Work Experience – 2+ years of experience in Sales preferably in education industry.
