• Active involvement in making New Acquisition Health Analysis Report (Monthly)
• Active involvement in making BTS Profitability Report (Monthly)
• In-charge of formation of SIPOC and SLA tracker for all activities and responsible for customer collaboration and feedback in the same
• Doing adhoc analysis as per business requirement
