Follow up via EMail/WhatsApp for updates.Taking Feedback from clients.Solving Client Issues.Updating accurate information in the database.Making MIS Reporting.Updating and Tracking other Administrative TasksTracking incidents with clients
Ensuring that all relevant incidents are coordinated with clients & internal team.Ensuring that the new revenue is coming and taking off
