Job Description

Role Purpose :

1. Develop and improve effective learning solutions towards the role effectiveness of team members in the identified stages/cells.

2. Achieve role effectiveness.

Role Description :

Identify the learning needs for fundamental knowledge, fundamental skills and standardized work for the identified manufacturing processes.

  • Articulate the courses and outcomes for the identified competencies of the role and the processes with the SMEs.
  • Design and develop the courses for fundamental knowledge (Content, methodology and assessment) aligning to NSQF.
  • Assess the effectiveness of courses and improve the content, methodology and assessment.
  • Identify the fundamental skills across each of the processes and the training facilities required.
  • Develop the training facilities for fundamental skills leveraging technologies like IOT, AR/VR and MR.
  • Conduct pilot and assess the effectiveness of fundamental skills training and implement

improvements.

  • Define processes, methods and key points for each elemental work in the line/cell.
  • Develop Job instruction for each element of the line/cell.
