Job Description:

Purpose Of Job:
Managing Internal LMS
The role will provide support to the DeHaat Team in relation to administration such as course scheduling and participant management (through the learning portal), course logistics, responding to participant and stakeholder queries and supporting the valuation of learning initiatives. The role will also involve the collation and review of evaluation and statistics.
This profile will be involved in the creation and maintenance of end user training materials such as presentations, how to guides etc.
Accountabilities, Responsibilities, And Main Duties:
Managing and completing the entire Orientation cycle of all the new joiners.
Course Administration
Build and schedule webinar and face to face courses on LMS Portal to advertise training, manage participant joining instructions and course evaluations and monitor training uptake.
Support the management of webinar and face to face training logistics.
Maintain training resource in a user-friendly manner.
Display excellent Queries resolution by responding to participants and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Manages the collection of all feedback from users and stakeholders on all learning interventions.
Assist learners to carry out pre/post coursework to ensure maximum learning benefit is gained from the practical training experience.
Design and Maintenance of Training Materials:
Design and maintain training materials for remote and face to face training including presentations, how to guides, exercises, demo scripts that adhere to team standards.
Update courses in LMS add new weblinks and videos as required, remove old content and review current content on a regular basis.
Evaluates and acts on feedback received, modifying courses and web based resources as required to meet user and stakeholder requirements.
Ensures all learning intervention materials of Business as usual courses are updated and relevant for users at all times and are easy to access.
Assist the trainer/sr. manager in training delivery where ever required.
Regular follow-up with page owners to ensure corporate pages are are updated and relevant for users at all times and are easy to access.

Role Specific Knowledge And Experience:
Intermediate experience in Learning domain and in training material development.
Practical experience of managing LMS and delivering training albeit in a supportive role
Competent user and knowledge of Learning Management System
Compete in adding or editing content
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competent user of MS office especially Teams, PowerPoint & Word
Competent user of web-based training tools such as Zoom and Google Meet
Communicating and influencing
