Our primary goal is to build training content on subjects ranging from Programming, Core Engineering, Data Science, Business and Management, etc. in an exciting and easy-to-understand manner with both external and internal subject matter experts (SMEs). To achieve this, you will be answering these really interesting questions:
1. What do I teach in a training program?
2. How do I structure my training?
3. How do I teach a concept in the simplest way?
4. How do I keep students glued to the subject?
5. How do I evoke curiosity in students & inspire them to learn?
6. How do I assess that learning is actually happening?
7. How do I ensure that students are able to apply the knowledge that they have gained?
8. How do I deliver the video content – should I use animation, have my teacher on the screen, or experiment with some other mind-blowing idea that I have?
Key responsibilities:
1. Build a table of contents (TOC): You will do thorough research about a subject to create a detailed table of content (this includes finalizing what topics should be taught, training structure, the best way to teach the subject, and other important details)
2. Find a quality training program on different platforms or an instructor who could teach the subject: Explore different eLearning platforms and find a quality training program that aligns with our teaching and content standards, or find a subject matter expert (SME) who could teach that subject and create a training program for us from scratch
3. Connect with the potential instructors and discuss the partnership proposal with them: Once you find quality programs or good SMEs, reach out to them through different channels (emails, LinkedIn, website contact us pages, phone, or any other social media), share the proposal, negotiate with them, & convert the best possible
4. Work in collaboration with the partners/SMEs to build the content and make the training live on the platform: You will work with the partners/SMEs to build the training content as per our standards, review the content with a high bar on rigor, and attention to detail to identify all the major and minor areas of improvement
5. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely launch of the training
