- Identifying and assessing training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with retail operation managers and human resources department
- Training Calendar planning with maximum coverage and adherence as per assigned budget
- Ensures maximum effectiveness of sales and service goals by developing, implementing and conducting store training programs.
- Conducts and impart On-the-job, Off-the-Job, product and statutory training for store level employee groups as per the pre-defined training modules.
- Plan and deliver CSA Training program workshops and support the Store Manager core training program whenever required
- Creating a culture of learning and continuous personal development in stores
- Researches new training methods and determines feasibility of use.
- Evaluates and enhances training programs to maximize revenue goals and enhance staff development.
- Observing analyzing sales results reports and conferring with retail operation and store managers.
- Develops individual results by providing coaching, mentoring and conducting training sessions
- To increase the level of relevant skills and knowledge within the V-mart workforce through provision of training and learning support to store staff.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available and integrating support with routine job functions.
- To organize, administrate and set up training programs and events as required
- To arrange, create, produce and distribute training-related material and facilities as required.
- Maintaining accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date training records, staff competencies reports, monthly training reports and On Job Training reports.
- Assessing the impact by measuring training output through initial and continuous feedbacks
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities at store level for the allocated region.
- To support and contribute towards the general HR department activities as required at the store level.
- Facilitating, implementing, and monitoring yearly appraisal schemes at store level
- Use qualitative and quantitative methods to ensure the effectiveness of training and development programs
- Assist HR in ensuring progression and Career Ladder are effectively applied and executed at the store level
- Identify and develop in-store trainers, driving the personal development of natural successors
Experience : 7 Years to 10 Years
Education : Minimum qualification – Graduation in any field. Preferably MBA / PG diploma or degree in Human Resource Management. Any certification in training & development will be added advantage.
