To provide necessary assistance for compliance of various provisions/provisions/rules related to the Official Language Policy of the Government of India.

According to the Official Language Policy of the Government of India, translation work from English to Hindi of documents covered under Section 3(3)

To provide necessary assistance in organizing the quarterly meetings of the Official Language Implementation Committee of the Company.

Providing necessary assistance for organizing Hindi workshops every quarter.

To do necessary work and help in organizing Hindi Day/World Hindi Day and Hindi competitions.

To provide necessary assistance in the consolidation of various reports related to Hindi sent to the Department of Official Language and the Ministry – i.e. quarterly progress report, half yearly report, annual evaluation report etc.
Any other work related to the official language, which may be given by senior officers from time to time.

Apart from these works, all such works which are related to the promotion and propagation of the official language Hindi.
