As a Team Head, you will be responsible for:

• providing inspirational, dynamic and visionary leadership to the students, parents and teachers of Junior School
• contributing towards shaping, reshaping and refining of school’s distinctive vision and approach
• ensuring that educational practices in Junior School are an articulation of the school’s shared vision and approach.
• ensuring that the curriculum is planned, transacted, monitored, assessed and updated in accordance with the vision, values and philosophy of the school.
• Keeping yourself abreast with the developmental needs of the students of Junior School
