Responsibilities
Initiate and maintain regular communication with students to build strong relationships.
Provide direct support to students facing academic, personal, or career challenges.
Collect and analyse data related to student success, including retention rates, graduation rates, and student satisfaction.
Analyse student performance data, including grades, attendance, and participation.
Identify trends or areas where students may be struggling academically.
Document students; goals, progress, and any action plans established during calls
