Role: Operations Associate

Location: Hustle Hub Tech Park, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Shift Timing: 8 pm – 6 am

Working days: Weekly Off on any 1 day

Salary:

• 25K + Incentive(7k-15k) during probation (3 months)
• 35K + Incentive(7k-15k) after 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate classes of students with teachers
• Address customer escalations and queries on Chat and Google meet
• Generate revenue through Monitoring Demo sessions, Renewals, cross-sell

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should be ready to join the Bangalore office (HSR Layout) Immediately
• Should have excellent English communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with Students/Parents from Australia, USA, UK
• Should have a Laptop
• Prior experience in Sales/Operations is preferred
