Job Purpose: The Legal and Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in managing contractual relationships, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing strategies to safeguard the organization’s interests. This position contributes to the company’s success by mitigating risks, supporting business objectives, and fulfilling company secretarial responsibilities.

You’re ideal for this role if you can:

  • Passionately engage with students and educational institutions, and build rapport with them
  • Play a crucial role in facilitating the enrollment process and expanding our outreach efforts
  • Motivate and attract prospective students
  • Guide students through the steps involved in the admissions process.
  • Build relationships with educational partners.

What are we looking for?

  • Prior admissions-related experience along with a proven record of successful student registrations, particularly through field activities, is preferred.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior authorities in 12th-grade schools/colleges.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet job requirements
  • An individual with excellent communication skills ( verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting enrollment targets or similar goals.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, environments, and client needs.
  • Creativity to come up with innovative solutions when faced with unexpected challenges.
  • Sales Experience with the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.
  • Having strong connections with 12th-grade schools and colleges in AP & TS is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in using admissions software, including the ability to transition offline registrations to online.

What will you be doing?

  1. Directly responsible for achieving a given number of student registrations from your assigned territory.
  2. Ensure a minimum number of field visits and successful college outreach events on a daily and weekly basis.
  3. Create and implement College outreach strategies to promote our company programs, increase awareness among the Students and attract a diverse pool of prospective students.
  4. Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with accurate and helpful information about program offerings, application requirements, and financial aid options.
  5. Build relationships with 12th-grade schools, colleges, high school counselors and other educational partners to promote and enhance outreach efforts for our programs.
  6. Efficiently manage time to plan routes, meet appointments, and maximize productivity during field visits.
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities for student registrations.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, ethical standards and safeguard the company’s brand image in all aspects of the outreach efforts and registration process.
  9. Collecting feedback from students and educational partners to continuously improve outreach efforts and the admissions process.
  10. Generate and report daily reports on registration metrics, providing insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospective students, applicants, and registrations status in the database.
  12. Manage the budget for outreach activities, including budget planning, allocation, tracking and accurate expense reporting and ensure cost-effective strategies.
  13. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in admissions and outreach strategies.
  14. Keep track of inventory, paperwork, and appointments.

Languages Known:

  • Native speaker of Telugu
  • Working Proficiency in English.

Work Location & Working Days:

  • Majorly involves field visits to Educational Institutions and Events. Relevant expenses will be reimbursed by the company
  • Involves extensive traveling
  • 6-Day Week
  • Rotational Week off (Sunday won’t be a week off)

Compensation: Opportunity to earn up to 9LPA ( 3 to 6 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-based Incentives)
