This role would involve guidance, support, and helping our students identify and develop their skills, interests, and goals to make informed decisions about their academic and professional paths. This position requires a deep understanding of the benefits and potential career trajectories associated with a liberal education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information, advice and guidance to students regarding higher education opportunities through various mediums, such as individual meetings, group sessions, email, etc.
• Provide support and guidance for state, national, international and other govt. competitive examinations (Like NET/SLET/GATE/GMAT/CAT/GRE/TOFEL/Civil Services/State government examinations etc.)
• Help students set realistic academic and career goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
• Plan and publicize the career counseling programs and events such as workshops, career fairs, and orientation sessions
• Provide insight on useful coursework and degree programs supporting career aspirations. Stay updated on trends and developments within various industries to provide relevant and accurate information to individuals.
• Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
• Monitor student progress and reports to determine potential problems and proactively make strategies to deal with them.

Desired Skills:

• Post Graduate Degree in any discipline would be preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work on MS Office
• MIS Skills / Data compilation and analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
