Job Description – SIP Administration
- Submit Sales Plan, KPIs & Calculations rules for configurations in SIP tool & ensure Sales plans, Positions &Titles are assigned appropriately
- Manage timely and accurate transaction data flow for calculating attainment from associated systems (CRM and ERPs)
- Maintain individual payout & compensation elements (KPI, Targets, SIP Plan, Order, Achievement, Hierarchy, HR data etc.) and make necessary changes.
- Maintain Credit assignments throughout the pay period for generating payroll file at end of quarter/bi-annual/ annual as applicable
- Run payout at periodic intervals for the selected employees as applicable
- Conduct regular Data Audit on Employee Plans, Incorrect Plan or Personal Target info and take corrective measures
- Collaborate with Sales Manager, HRBP, Sales excellence team, HR Services & Global team to ensure accuracy of SIP Plan and data governance
- Design test reports & dashboards for end users, managers, and compliance through Incent Analytics
- Act on HR Data Interface notifications, for changes in employee SIP attributes OR load failures
- Address all user queries and provide overall support to sales users (Sales Payees, Managers & Leaders)
- Perform ad-hoc audits of user activity logs to monitor Incent usage
- Communicate as needed through Incent PODs, Yammer and other SE channels, for entity in scope
- Conduct end user training sessions to onboard Incent users (Payees and Managers)
- Provide trend & seasonality analysis to Sales business leaders, support them in plan design for subsequent years.
- Participate in system testing process UAT & Sign off with Key stake holders.
- Ensure system access for all applicable sales personnel; create/ensure user accounts are created
Qualification & Experiences:
- Experience – SIP – Sales incentive Plan & having exposure in global / country implementations
- Skills & Knowledge
- Exposure to any SIP tool (preferred Xactly / Incent)
- Knowledge on of software configuration with functional knowledge of any Sales Incentive Process/ Tool
- Configuration & data modelling with Analytics skills (BI tool for MIS reporting Tableau etc.)
- SIP process knowledge
- Knowledge on MS Excel advanced (VB+), Excel macros coding and editing
- Effective stakeholder management & communication skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate with Overall experience 5 to 7 Years
