Position: Automobile Sales DRONA Trainer

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Duration : Full-time

Base location will be Bhubaneswar and area of training operations will be across entire Orissa.

Below given are the key requirements:

• Create monthly training calendar in consultation with RM and State SNM
• Conduct Selling Skills, Sales Process, eGuru and GTME trainings for dealer sales staff
• Well versed with On Job trainings (OJT), Role Play and Coaching process
• Will be responsible for achieving E-Learning and Online Test coverage targets
• Extensive travel will be involved across the entire state
• Update training records and maintain MIS Reports on a timely basis
