Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate PGT English Teacher to join our team at Pedagogy Consulting. As a PGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English education to students at our partner school in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in teaching English to secondary school students. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field
• Post Graduate degree in English or Education is preferred
• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in teaching English to secondary school students
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student success
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and tools
• Patience and flexibility in adapting to diverse student needs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver English language lessons to secondary school students in accordance with the school’s curriculum
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and critical thinking

• Assess and evaluate students’ performance and progress
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
