Senior Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for full recruitment cycle experience, to attract, screen, select, and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our internal & external job openings

  • Sourcing and screening of potential candidates for full-time roles by using Job portals, social media, references etc
  • Analyse candidate information to determine matches between candidates skills and job openings.
  • Conducting HR interview of shortlisted Candidates
  • Submit qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Manager as per open job requirements
  • Should be Individual contributor
  • Update the Tracker on daily basis
  • Scheduling Interviews with Technical Managers
  • Salary negotiation with Candidates
  • Coordination with Technical Team and selected candidates

Qualification: MBA in HR

Experience: 4 to 10 years
