Senior Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for full recruitment cycle experience, to attract, screen, select, and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our internal & external job openings
- Sourcing and screening of potential candidates for full-time roles by using Job portals, social media, references etc
- Analyse candidate information to determine matches between candidates skills and job openings.
- Conducting HR interview of shortlisted Candidates
- Submit qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Manager as per open job requirements
- Should be Individual contributor
- Update the Tracker on daily basis
- Scheduling Interviews with Technical Managers
- Salary negotiation with Candidates
- Coordination with Technical Team and selected candidates
Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: 4 to 10 years
