Job descriptionYour Key Responsibilities:Apply creativity to come up with innovative solutions for making learning fun.Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.Develop process flows, wireframes, and mock ups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction models.Interact with end-user that is Students, Teachers, Parents and take the right feedback, suggestions which gives ability for team to make right product for next generation.Model excellence in design and champion mental models across features and product releases.Responsible for visioning and executing a user experience aimed to differentiate Innerscore and give Innerscore a competitive advantage in the Edtech industry.Grow, develop and lead a talented team of experienced UI/UX Designers and interns.You Get:Lead design and delivery efforts for the product portfolio and manage the design processes for the team.Present design solutions to the Founders,VP Product and Chief Technology OfficerSelf-motivated team members, interns and freelancers with high energy levels.Freedom to do things to meet the business objectives.Build the product design experience on a global scale.Key Skills Requirement:10+years of experience designing digital products, mobile and web experiences.5+years of experience leading design teams as a UI/UX product or interaction designmanager.Demonstrated experience of leading complex projects independently end-to-end, product design under stretched timelines and ability to deliver large scale strategic design initiatives with a bias towards scalable systems and patterns.Familiarity/proficient with UI/UX design tools including (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe CC, Invision, Axure RP, and Principal).Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile, tabs,Android, and iOS.Excellent interpersonal skills, will be adept at fostering deep collaboration between design, Product, Engineering, Education, Marketing and Senior Leadership.What We Need:Education: Masters/Bachelors degree in Design, human computer interaction (HCI)Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 8-10 YearsLocation: Hyderabad
