Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Academic Counselor. Academic Counselors are responsible for providing academic guidance and support to students in order to promote academic success. Responsibilities include developing academic plans tailored to individual student needs, providing mentorship to students, assisting with course selection, and addressing any academic concerns. The Academic Counselor will collaborate with academic administrators and faculty members in order to ensure the success of the program and its students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal communication, mentorship, and leadership skills
• Experience in developing and implementing academic support programs
• Demonstrated experience in academic advising or counseling
• Understanding of academic policies and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose solutions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
