Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for establishing communication with potential clients over the phone, setting appointments, and making sales. The Telemarketer will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal skills, Appointment Scheduling, and Communication skills
• Experience in a customer service or sales role
• Ability to meet sales targets and quotas
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Persuasive and confident telephone manner
• Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required
