– Manage training & development objective of the allotted partner branches/cluster
– Optimal training coverage to realize desired sales & product mix objective.
– Work with sales team of both LI & Partner to formulate training strategy as per need.

– Candidate must have training experience from Insurance/BFSI industry
– Any Degree and age should be below 39
