We are looking for a Head HR India for one of our MNC Client in Mumbai working in a Shared Services as HR Generalist/HRBP from Hire to Retire, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives, as well as to foster a positive and productive work environment for employees.
Location- Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with the company’s overall vision and mission.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent.
- Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and make final hiring decisions.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Employee Development and Training:
- Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies.
- Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans for key talent.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues and performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.
Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and fosters employee engagement.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
· Utilize HR data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Change Management:
- Provide leadership and support during organizational change initiatives.
- Help employees and managers adapt to changes and maintain productivity during transitions.
HR Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the HR budget effectively, allocating resources appropriately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 15 years in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience in handling complex employee relations matters.
