Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful execution and coordination of our TEFL & TESOL courses, as well as IELTS expert trainer courses. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of enhancing language teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

– Program Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of TEFL & TESOL courses and IELTS expert trainer courses.

– Student Support: Provide support to students, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive learning experience.

– Data and Reporting: Maintain records, track program progress, and generate reports as needed.

– Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality standards to meet the needs of our students.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.

– Previous experience in program coordination or education management.

– Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

– Knowledge of TEFL, TESOL, or IELTS training is a strong advantage.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software.
