Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UPSC Faculty position at Wise Vets Academy, located in Gurugram. The UPSC Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality lectures, creating well-structured study materials, and mentoring students to achieve their academic and career goals. The role also includes evaluating students’ progress through tests and providing constructive feedback to enhance their performance. Additionally, the faculty will stay updated on exam patterns and ensure up-to-date, relevant content is shared with students.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and relevant subject matter expertise
• Strong teaching, public speaking, and content delivery skills
• Effective skills in mentoring, guidance, and student engagement
• Exceptional skills in creating and curating structured study material and tests
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Prior teaching experience in competitive exam preparation is highly desirable
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus
