As the Headof Center, you will play a critical role in promoting HiringlabsBusiness Solutions in the best possible way. Your mainresponsibilities willinclude:

• Providingexceptional customer service to parents and visitors, ensuring apositive experience when interacting with ourorganization.
• Coordinating and leading schooltours for prospective parents and visitors, highlighting the uniqueselling points of our organization and presenting it in the bestpossible way.
• Overseeing the parent journey andensuring excellent customer service at all touchpoints, supportingour brand promise and encouraging parentendorsement.
• Developing and updatingcommunication channels such as newsletters and social mediaplatforms (e.g., Facebook and Instagram) to promote HiringlabsBusiness Solutions to existing and potentialparents.
• Identifying newsworthy stories and PRopportunities to promote our organization in themedia.
• Ensuring consistent branding byreviewing and monitoring signage, collaterals, and touchpoints,aligning them with the branding guidelines defined by our CorporateOffice.
• Conducting market research and stayingupdated on changes and developments in theindustry.
• Organizing parent and communityevents to engage parents and enhance brandawareness.
• Collaborating with the Country LeadOperations and Corporate Team to develop and implement the schoolmarketing strategy, with a focus on driving enrolments andmaintaining up-to-date marketingmaterials.
• Developing an events calendar tosupport enrolment activities for the academic year in partnershipwith the Country LeadOperations.

We are seekinga highly motivated and experienced professional with the followingqualifications:

• Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in marketing or related roles, with a track record ofsuccess in driving enrolments and promoting brands. Experience inthe education industry is a plus.
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engageand build relationships with parents, visitors, and the internalteam.
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency indigital marketing platforms and social mediamanagement.
