Responsible for running multiple Scrum teams made up of 7-9 members each which includes software developers, QA engineers, and a product owner.
Primary responsibilities of this role include: Reporting on the team’s status, removing impediments to the team’s progress, and facilitating Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives, and Daily Standup meetings for each team. This is an intermediate level scrum master position who may work with a Scrum coach who is available to teach and give advice, but may also be asked to advise entry level candidates.
What you’ll do
Planning and Management: Plan, conduct, and track progress of business application/web programming activities across all aspects of the product technology platform.
Business Partnership: Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria, and provide status updates
Leadership: Build, lead, and coach team(s) through complex technical project/support activities
Estimation and Design: Conduct and prepare feasibility studies for new features or enhancements to existing systems.
Continuous Improvement: Review current status of product technology platform and support processes and prepare recommendations for system/process improvements

What experience you need
3+ years of experience
Desirable: Degree qualified in a systems or business discipline
Extensive experience in project management
Extensive experience with both Waterfall and Agile (or similar) project methodologies
Demonstrated experience juggling multiple conflicting priorities to ensure best possible delivery outcome
Problem Solving Ability
Thrives when under pressure
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
System Development Lifecycle – experience identifying and introducing process improvements
Able to present to senior management with ease and confidence

Microsoft Project experience (administration experience an advantage)
