1. Understand team requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources – internal database/ATS, job boards, social media, headhunting, and many more
2. Design and update job descriptions and craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
5. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
6. Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8. Take charge of onboarding and exit formalities
Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
2. Experience in Microsoft Office & Google applications
3. Enthusiastic with a positive attitude to life (and work)
4. Good Interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
