Role & responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and the needs of the project.
- Design and create training programs that cover technical, safety, regulatory, and soft skills for project personnel.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training curricula, modules, and materials.
- Ensure that training content is up-to-date, relevant, and addresses the specific needs of different project roles.
- Lead or oversee the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars for project teams.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including classroom training, hands-on exercises, e-learning, and simulations.
- Conduct skill assessments and identify competency gaps within project teams.
- Develop individualized training plans to address skill deficiencies and promote professional growth.
- Implement mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants.
- Use feedback to refine training content, delivery methods, and overall program structure.
- Collaborate with project managers, HR teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to align training initiatives with project goals.
Preferred candidate profile
-BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Electrical and Electronics) with minimum 10 years of experience -In-depth understanding of electrical power systems, equipment, technologies, and project phases. -Strong instructional design skills, including curriculum development and training material creation. -Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and innovative learning technologies. -Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including project teams and senior management. -Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, measure effectiveness, and adapt training programs accordingly. -Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools for training delivery.
