Job Description
Role Objective : The incumbent will be expected to run L&D initiatives across the organization.
We are looking for someone who is excited to work in a fast-paced agile culture and is willing to take up new challenges.
Role Responsibilities
- Strategize and create learning plan from TNIs
- Develop and finalize curriculums for internal and external programs to create impact.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive learning initiatives across BUs and functions.
- Partner with Learning champions to design and develop content/assessments.
- Create/upload content on the LMS and drive adoption.
- Partner with Design team to create mailers/flyers and identify creative ways for branding and communication of learning initiatives.
- Deliver internal sessions like new hire induction, programs for professional development.
- Scale up internal learning operations, process flows to the next level.
- Partner with external vendor partners to plan and execute programs successfully.
- Create scorecard, dashboard/analytics for review meetings and regular publishing to the leaders.
Work Experience
3+ years of experience in L&D
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
- Ownership, high on learning agility.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving.
- Is creative and demonstrates a flair for new and evolving tools and technologies in L&D and ability to identify opportunities to apply them.
Education
- BBA / B Com / BCA / Any other graduate with experience in Learning & Development domain
- MBA in Human-Resouce
