The Role
As a business development manager, you will be expected to lead the healthcare EdTech business team catering to healthcare professionals/students those looking to migrate Australia/USA/UK/CANADA. You will be responsible for generating annual recurring revenue and build a new customer base globally. The Manager needs to take ownership for the complete sales cycle in their assig territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of sales pipeline and lead generation.
- Understanding the healthcare professionals/students’ requirements to pitch the appropriate course matching their needs.
- You have to identify Campus Ambassadors in various medical institutions, find the finest ones, onboard, train, and produce revenue.
- To conduct academic seminars/webinar/discussions with university/schools’ principals/hospitals, teachers, and various other places possible.
- Build a right team, helping in hiring, interviewing right candidate.
- Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts.
- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.
- Revenue generation from those offering healthcare courses at universities and colleges through institutional sale.
- School’s Profiling (All pertinent information about the healthcare schools)
- Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the healthcare courses in Indian education sector and globally.
- Should have your own laptop.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (healthcare degree/work experience preferred)
- At Least 2- 5 years of ed-tech experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
