Role description

Regional Head- Govt Project: To join our team on a full-time basis. This role is located in Gurugram. As a Regional Head- Govt Projects, you will be responsible for showcasing the concept to key stake holders in the Govt for establishing AR classes, VR labs in Govt institutions particularly Schools. You will develop relationships with government officials and other stakeholders, identify and suggest solutions to meet their critical requirements, and manage project implementation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• At least 6 years of experience in having handled implementation of projects in the government sector.
• Strong knowledge of the government project implementation process and various policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and drive accountability
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results
• Experience working with various government and non-government organizations is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
