FLAME has been set up with an idealistic vision and a social commitment to contribute to society nobly.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on a clear target-driven process to build key accounts and new accounts for placement relationships.Enable final placements and summer internships as per agreed targets.Have a complete understanding of assigned corporate demands and resolve their issues and concerns effectively from time to time.Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and our institution.Analyze market demands and ensure diverse placement opportunities for studentsShould adhere to Periodic reporting and review processesParticipate in larger forums in assigned regions to build a network that can be leveraged for placements.Stay abreast of sector developments in order to enhance the effectiveness of Outreach effortsGenerate employment opportunities for students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.Independent facilitator with proven organizational ability and skill for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.Desirable Skills:Cold calling, Lead Generation through various sources.Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity & strong work ethic.Ability to meet targets with focused planning and execution.
