Codeyoung is an educational startup located in Bengaluru, which offers coding courses to kids between the ages of 5 to 17. Unlike most ‘Coding’ classes, Codeyoung’s main focus is developing the most hands-on curriculum with very distinct learning goals. Our sessions are very interactive and are student-centric, unlike the traditional teacher-centric models.

Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our teacher community, including managing teachers, ensuring a positive teacher experience, handling administrative and logistical tasks, and maintaining an open and positive communication with teachers. The Operations Manager will be located in Bengaluru and work in collaboration with other members of the Codeyoung team.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with parents, instructors, and students
• Experience in managing people or projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the education industry, particularly in the field of coding education, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field is preferred
