Candidate should have prior experience in product training in any industry
B2B/ B2b EdTech will be added advantage.
Candidate should open to travel in Haryana.
Base location would be Gurgaon Haryana.

Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales demo and post-sales product training in all schools of Haryana to support sales & marketing team.
- Design, plan, organize and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organizations objectives.
- Work closely with Business Unit Head and having a full understanding of the Business unit and implement effective learning solutions inclusive of need analysis design, development, implementation, reporting and evaluation.
- Conduct Refresher training for key and major clients, for optimal utilization of digital technology in everyday teaching-learning environment.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Ability to handle objection and problems presented by clients and convert them into solutions.
- Prepare all reports related to the Training & Development
