Job Overview:

Team Lead – Horticulture is responsible for the implementation of Horticulture subject at different branches of Orchids International Schools across India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Horticulture Curriculum planning and implementation.
• Planning and oversee the teachers training
• Oversee installation of polyhouse with hydroponics setup and vendor management
• Oversee the garden maintenance operations and reports of the same.
• Handling team which includes Horticulture planner, Horticulturist and greenhouse
  supervisors.
• Planning for the competitions and events if required.
• Explore ways to improve processes for more effective implementation.
• Travelling across India whenever its required as we have branches all across India.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational background B.Sc /M.Sc/PHd in Horticulture or Agriculture
• Work experience of minimum 4 years in the Horticulture or Agriculture sector
• Knowledge about content writing w.r.t Horticulture
• Knowledge and experience about plant maintenance ,kitchen and terrace gardening
• Knowledge and experience about Polyhouse and Hydroponics maintenance
• Good people Management and communication skills
