Responsibilities: As an Education Counselor at WeOne Aviation Academy, your primary responsibility will be to assist prospective students in making informed decisions about their aviation education. Your key duties will include:

Student Guidance: Provide personalized guidance and counseling to aspiring pilots, ensuring they understand the various training programs and pathways available to them.

Program Information: Explain the curriculum, training methodologies, and career prospects associated with our pilot training programs. Address any queries or concerns potential students may have.

Admission Support: Assist students with the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and providing guidance on required documentation.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, their parents, and educational institutions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all stakeholders.

Industry Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the aviation industry to provide accurate and relevant information to students.

Requirements: To be considered for the Education Counselor position at WeOne Aviation Academy, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Gender Requirement: This position is exclusively open to female candidates.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Empathy and Patience: Display a genuine interest in understanding and addressing the needs of aspiring pilots. Patience and empathy are crucial qualities for guiding students through their educational journey.

Knowledge of Aviation Education: While prior experience in aviation education counseling is preferred, a strong passion for aviation and a willingness to learn are also valued.

Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Educational Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Relevant experience and demonstrated expertise in education counseling will also be considered.
